The problem of water consumption is a global concern of public, private or environmental organizations that see great difficulties for humanity in the short or medium term. The program of the National Water Commission in Mexico "Water Culture" promotes the care of the vital liquid. However, there are few studies that allow us to know the public perception about the program. The research evaluates the effectiveness of the program based on the activities and actions of the population in Tepic, Nayarit. The analytical-descriptive type design considers a sample of .1% of the population, the collection instrument includes 13 items.
